-  Please read the following carefully before send in your RMA request

- All returns require a RMA number (Returned Merchandise Authorization). RMA # is valid for 10 days only.
- RMA# can be issued within 24 hours if the submitted form is complete.
- RMA# must be clearly marked on each box returned.
- Return for replacement / repair: DO NOT send boxes, manuals, disks, accessories back.  We will not be responsible for such items.
- Products return for credit must be in original / resalable condition (including packaging, e.g. printer, monitor, retail software,...), and 
   must be sent shipping prepaid.
- Returns for credit are only possible within 30 days of the invoice date (only 7 days for CPU & memory) in current market price.
- Returns for credit are subject to a restocking fee (less shipping charges).
- Any physical damage on products will void the warranty.
- CPU have 30 days or manufacturer warranty.
- RMA for hard drives obtainable directly with manufacturer if the customer would like a speedier process.
